PalÈat B&B

PalÈat was born from the union of two words: Palette + Eat = PalÈat. Art and food, our two great passions, mix harmoniously on the palettes of flavours, the PalÈat. We have created a place that contains our world of colors and flavors, the PalÈat B&b. PalÉat B&B is a completely new structure located in Manduria (TA). Each room is characterized by a PalÈat, a palette of flavors that tells guests about the typical products of our land: Primitivo di Manduria, Oil, Manduria Tomato (Slow Food Presidium), Orecchiette with turnip greens and the sea. Our idea is to give our guests an all-round food and wine and cultural experience, where food becomes the protagonist of your holiday! We are twins Giorgia and Martina. Our passion for cooking pushed us to create this project, PalÉat, in which art and food mix like the painter's colors on his palette. After an initial experience in Milan (where we have another structure) we decided to broaden our objectives to our homeland, Puglia. Manduria is that part of Puglia still to be discovered. A mix of history and culture, food and wine and a 15km coastline ready to welcome with its wide beaches and crystal clear sea. It is the perfect area if you want to visit Puglia far and wide. In fact, being equidistant from the provinces of Taranto, Lecce and Brindisi, it allows you to visit both the Itria Valley (Alberobello, Martina Franca, Polignano) and Salento with medium-length trips.
